
Paul Weston
Managing Director
Paul is the Director of Box Twenty and is a Chartered Building Services Engineer with over 20 years experience within the industry.
He is an experienced Project Director and Design Manager with experience on large multi-discipline, phased and complex projects.
His technical, commercial and leadership skills are paramount in the effective delivery and management of all projects from concept through to completion.
Paul has successfully managed key projects in the Residential, Commercial, Education, Public Sector and Leisure sectors.
He can bring this extensive experience from within these sectors to all projects where an alternative approach can be advantageous.
Paul enjoys cycling, golf and going camping in France and within the UK with his family.
Oliver Payne
Operations Director
Oliver is an effective and confident communicator who is comfortable working as a central member of the design team.
He has a passionate interest in sustainable design and believes strongly in the benefits of a holistic approach to building services and architecture. He has proven experience of developing robust energy strategies at the concept stage of projects to meet challenging sustainability targets and delivering these projects through all stages of design and construction. He takes pride in his work and is enthusiastic in demonstrating his sound engineering and project delivery philosophies.
Oliver outside of work enjoys spending time with his family and dog Swci. Swci also enjoys coming into the office and spending the day with the Box Twenty team.
Kausarat Oloko
PA/Team Administrator
Kausarat has a wealth of experience in administration.
She has a wide scope within her role including marketing, social media, invoicing and office management. Kausarat is also the mental PA to the Managing Director.
She has recently completed her Masters degree from the University of the West of England, Bristol.
In her spare time, Kausarat loves to design and read books

Hannah joined Box Twenty during 2022 working within the finance department.
Simon Troote
Principal Engineer
Simon is an Incorporated Engineer and has a Bachelor of Engineering degree, with honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He joins us with over 35 years’ experience within the building services industry.
He brings a wealth of experience working within a variety of sectors. He has most recently worked within levels of education, residential, commercial and health sectors, with particular experience of refurbishment projects within live environments.
He works closely with clients and stakeholders from project inception to completion tailoring best value design solutions to achieve the aspirations of each project. He is enthusiastic and naturally takes a collaborative approach to all projects he is involved with and is passionate in delivering good quality, robust and cost-effective solutions through all stages of the design and construction process and whole lifecycle maintenance strategy.
Andrew Truswell
Principal Electrical Engineer
Andrew has a BEng(Hons) in Electrical Engineering and a MSc in Sustainable Electrical Building Services. He has over 12 years design experience.
He has worked for a control panel manufacturer, an electrical utility provider, and for both international and small-scale building services consultancies. He has experience in a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, public services, education, residential, commercial, and light industrial. Andrew is an advanced user of a variety of software tools including AutoCAD, DiaLUX and Amtech, and is also a Revit user.
Andrew enjoys a wide variety of outdoor pursuits and is trying to maintain his fitness alongside entertaining his young family and renovating a house.
James Schofield
Principal Engineer
James is a Senior Mechanical Engineer who has over six years’ experience as a building services engineer across a range of industry sectors.
James has worked across a variety of building types from healthcare, offices to educational buildings. During this time, he has worked across all the design stages of a project taking buildings from a blank piece of paper through to client handover. This full project experience ensure he focuses on buildability and client experience from the beginning of projects.
Over the course of his career James has gained detailed knowledge and experience of the latest HAVC engineering design standards and practices.
Outside of the office, James is a keen rugby player and enjoys watching as much sport as possible.
Mat Stark
Senior Mechanical Engineer
Mat has joined Box Twenty as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and has 5 years' worth of experience working for a consultancy in London, recently achieving Chartered Engineer status.
He has worked across a range of sectors, with his main focus on delivering both commercial and residential schemes and is also proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and IES. Mat has also been actively involved with CIBSE YEN in London where he was recently chair.
Outside of work Mat is an avid traveller, recently spending time in southeast Asia, and also enjoys getting out into the countryside.
Luke Chang
BIM/ CAD Manager
Luke has over 10 years’ experience with a Revit and AutoCAD background. With his new found love for BIM he has joined the Box Twenty team.
As the only BIM & CAD support in the team, he has worked on projects ranging from residential, healthcare to commercial. With skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM Co-ordination and great passion for standards he is vital to the team.
Luke is a great fan of cycling and camping and when he is not out in nature he takes on his second role as the office joker very seriously to keep the teams spirts high.
Patrycja Moorcroft
Mechanical Engineer
Patrycja has 4 years’ experience in Building Services Engineering. She has been involved in designing building services from conception to completion.
These included heating, ventilation, water services and above ground drainage. Projects have included residential buildings, schools, universities, offices and hospitals.
Patrycja also has experience in writing mechanical specification using NBS software, conducting site surveys and client meetings. She is experienced in TAS software to design thermal models and calculate thermal performance, CO2 emission rates, energy consumption in compliance with BREEAM, TM52 and Building regulations Approval.
Mohamed Eldeib
Electrical Engineer
Mohamed has joine Box Twenty as an Electrical Engineer who has spent over 5 years working in site management and technical office coordination.
He brings a wealth of experience gained in a variety of Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Nuclear Power projects both abroad and in the UK. Mohamed recently moved here from Egypt and has chosen Box Twenty as the place to further develop his career.
Outside of work, he enjoys a busy social life, training at the gym and spending time with his family.
Inna Belozerova
Mechanical Engineer
Inna has joined Box Twenty in October 2020 as a Graduate Engineer after studying Architecture and Environmental Engineering (BEng) at the UWE, Bristol.
She is particularly interested in the near/net-zero energy building concept as well as the design of intuitive, efficient, and sustainable building services.
Inna is skilled in architectural visualisation and relevant software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Cinema 4D, and SketchUp, as well as some engineering modelling tools like AutoCAD, DIALux, IES, and a bit of Revit.
In her free time, Inna enjoys playing piano, sketching outdoors, cycling, and going for open water swims.
Norris Lee
Senior Engineer
Norris has joined Box Twenty as an Electrical Engineer with over 15 years experience as an electrically biased building services design engineer and Project Manager.
Norris has worked on both consultancy and contractor side, she is confident with site, client and design team meetings and has also delivered projects from an electrical perspective.
Billie Cordery
Summer Placement
Billie has joined Box Twenty in August as a summer placement. She is currently studying Architecture and Environmental Engineering at the University of the West of England, Bristol. She is deeply committed to sustainability and aspire to specialize in building services.
Billie's dedication to creating efficient and eco-friendly building solutions drives her academic and professional pursuits. She is eager to contribute to the development of innovative systems that can positively impact our environment and society.
Gryff Parish
Engineer
Gryff has joined Box Twenty in September 2022 as a Graduate Engineer, after studying Mechanical Engineering MEng(Hons) at the Cardiff University.
Throughout his degree he has been pivotal in the successful completion of various projects, including designing Mechanical and Electrical Services for use in hospital environment, Data analysis using MATLAB to observe and analyse the optimal working conditions of an offshore wind turbine and the theorized design and calculations for a Martian “solar plane” to observe the potential existence of lighting on mars.
Gryff considers himself a competent powerlifter and has plans to compete at national level within 2/3 years.
Jolie Farid
Graduate Engineer
Jolie joins Box Twenty as a graduate engineer, having gained a BEng in Architecture and Enviromental Engineering at the University of the West of England
She is keen to design architecturally pleasing net zero and sustainable buildings through the use of efficient building and engineeering systems.
In her free time, Jolie enjoys exploring new cities and adventures.
